As each member makes her own contribution, there arises a diverse collection of textile artwork, with the emphasis on art quilts.
Inspiration is found, amongst others, in one's own personal life, environment, nature and foreign cultures.
Materials used vary from traditional textiles like cotton, silk, organza and felt, to more unlikely fibers like Tyvek®, polyester non-wovens, Colback®home-T-NL and plastics.
Techniques are both traditional and improvisational.
In this way the artists of TeXui together compose a combination of fascinating, unique and original art pieces.
