Artist Statement

 

All my life I have been interested in all kinds of textile forms, quilting - art quilting - is just one of them. I find inspiration for my work around me: in the love for my family and in the surroundings of the lovely old farm where I live.

I love dyeing fabrics, doing quality handwork, and discovering the boundaries of my sewing machine.
