Artist Statement

Inspiration
for my work can be found everywhere around me: in nature, in books,
newspapers, photos from other countries and cultures. But it can foremost
be found in the fabrics, in the materials themselves, and in the colours
of those fabrics and materials.
An important part of my work therefore is dyeing and manipulating the fabrics and materials. Working and wrestling with them, experimenting, combining hard and soft materials.
